What do I need to rent?
A valid driver’s license, matching payment method, and proof of insurance. You must be able to safely tow the selected trailer.
What hitch ball size and plug do I need?
Ball size and coupler rating are listed on each trailer; most use a 2" or 2-5/16" ball. A 7-pin RV-style plug is standard; bring an adapter if your vehicle differs.
Do I need a brake controller?
If the trailer is equipped with brakes, a working brake controller in your vehicle is typically required. We’ll confirm setup during the safety check.
Is there a deposit or card hold?
Yes, a refundable security hold may be placed at pickup. It’s released after on-time return and inspection.
How does insurance work?
Your auto policy is primary for towing; confirm coverage with your insurer. You’re responsible for the trailer while in your care.
Can I extend or change my dates?
Usually, yes—subject to availability. Contact us before your return time to avoid late fees.
Are there mileage limits?
No per-mile fees on trailers; billing is calendar-based. Keep usage within the agreed rental term and region.
What’s the return and cleaning policy?
Bring the trailer back on time, swept out, and free of debris. Excessive mess or damage may incur additional charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
We value your time and strive to keep our equipment available for everyone. This cancellation policy ensures fairness while still offering flexibility if your plans change.
No Refunds
Your rental payment becomes non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.
Cancellation Credit
If you cancel at least 72 hours before your original start date, we’ll issue a credit valid for one year. If you cancel less than 72 hours before, or don’t show up, you will not receive a refund or credit.
Credit Rules: Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can’t be combined with other promotions.
Original Start Date: Rescheduling does not reset the 72-hour window.
Cancellation Process
You must cancel online or by phone; your reservation remains active until we send you a cancellation confirmation. Personal emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances do not override this policy.
